All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement that outlines specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific consulting agreement, the consulting agreement shall prevail.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a consulting agreement:

• All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
• Work product created specifically for a client during an engagement is owned by the client upon full payment.
• Manticorp Solutions retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, techniques, and methodologies developed or refined during engagements.
• The Manticorp Solutions website, brand, and proprietary training materials remain our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manticorp Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to our services or this website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Disclaimer

Our consulting services provide recommendations and guidance based on our expertise. Results may vary based on implementation, team dynamics, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific productivity improvements, revenue increases, or other business outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during any engagement. Specific confidentiality terms are outlined in individual consulting agreements.
